I work with women and men who are exhausted by dieting and the constant mental load around food.
Through my own journey, my coaching work, and writing The Quiet Hunger, I’ve seen how common — and how incredibly quiet — these struggles can be.
Through my approach, based on over 20 years experience in weight loss and eating challenges, I’ve seen what truly creates change — and it’s not more control.

Every program starts with the Come Alive! program and you can upgrade to the next program anytime, if that is easier. You can also arrange a conversation with a caring and train Coach to talk about your needs. No pressure, just email: [email protected]
The book, The Quiet Hunger, is a great reference book but not needed to be read first. Most of the topics, and more, will be covered in the recorded videos. Also, topics may be discussed in the live Group Training.
There is both Group and 1:1 coaching allocated in each program.
Then you are in the right place. This program compassionately includes those who have struggled year after year and offers positive outcomes.
A commitment of around two hours per week for weekly or bi-weekly live training, coaching and recorded video training.
